Storing Cold Puddings
Puddings containing cream, milk, uncooked eggs, such as whips and mousses, and gelatine should be kept cool and eaten within a day of being made, or less if they do have to be left in a warm room. Puddings that can be refrigerated can he kept for a day longer, but they must be covered while in the refrigerator and usually should he returned to room temperature before being eaten. However, they will lose much of their former glory.
